Kyocera’s most popular ceramic kitchen knife set includes three Revolution Series knives for any home cook preparing fresh meals. The 5.5-inch Santoku is an all-purpose knife for everyday slicing tasks of fruits and vegetables. The 4.5-inch Utility knife is perfect for precise cutting and straight cuts. The 3-inch Paring knife can be used for trimming, peeling, and mincing herbs or garnishes.

• Lightweight and easy to clean, the blades will not brown food, are rust-proof and resistant to acids
• Ultra-sharp, pure advanced ceramic blades will maintain their edges up to 10x longer than steel blades
• Ideal for slicing fruits and vegetables and boneless meats, do not use on hard or frozen foods
• Material: Zirconium oxide blade z212, elastomer plastic handle
• Made in Japan

Care Instructions
• With proper care and maintenance, your Kyocera knives will provide you long-lasting performance. Kyocera ceramic knives are designed for smooth slicing of everyday foods like fruits, vegetables, herbs, and boneless meats or fish. Their ultra-hard blades stay sharp but are not meant for tasks that require force or twisting.

• They should not be used on frozen items, hard-rind produce, block cheese, or for prying or deboning, as these tasks can chip or break the blade. Any task using excessive force, twists, or torque can damage the knife and void the warranty.

• A wood or bamboo cutting board is recommended, while surfaces like glass or marble should be avoided to prevent dulling or damage. After use, the knife should be stored safely in a block, tray, or sheath rather than loosely in a drawer.

• The knives should be washed by hand, and stains can be removed with baking soda or sanitized with a mild bleach solution. Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended, as it can damage both the blade and handle over time.
