Opened in November of 2021, The Kitchen Loft brings a fun dose of kitchen gadgets and gear to the 2nd floor of Kerrytown Market & Shops in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Our team has been together since before our doors opened, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service, a quality selection and a warm atmosphere, whether you are shopping for a unique kitchen gift or adding to your personal culinary gear.

Gretchen: The entrepreneur and creative retail mind behind The Kitchen Loft, Gretchen brings a career's worth of experience in ALL things retail together with a simple passion for home cooking. She thrives on customer interactions and loves to curate a unique selection of wonderful finds for the shop, assisted by customer requests that help shape the assortment. Kerrytown was the perfect place to start this journey within a vibrant Ann Arbor district, having wonderful neighboring businesses, an adjacent farmer's market and an art and food-centric mix of businesses. Looking to serve Ann Arbor for many years to come!   

 

Paul: Paul is also a local Ann Arborite, who has his finger on the pulse of the city! He's worked around the area in many food and coffee-related businesses and can talk world cuisine with the best of them! He has a love for fitness, travel and culture, enjoys connecting with all sorts of people and will help you find just what you're looking for in our small but mighty kitchen shop! Beware his punny humor :)
