Nearly everyone loves pasta, and in this class, you will learn how to make it from scratch! Karin will guide you through making your own dough with simple, clean ingredients, and shape it into raviolis and pappardelle. She'll also demonstrate how to make classic sauces: pesto and skillet tomato sauce with olive oil and garlic. Enjoy samples of these delicious dishes as part of the class experience.

Crafted from brass, "The curator" utilizes the Hario v60 glass pour-over (included) resting on the ring that adjusts to the height of your mug or decanter. The base is made of beautiful American walnut (base grain may differ slightly from picture) finished with simple food-safe coating.
