This version of the Brad Leone Signature knife features a tough and durable NOIR (POM) Handle. 

Constructed from superior 12C27 High-Carbon, High-Chromium Swedish Steel, our full-tang Brad Leone Signature blades are cut, ground, polished and sharpened in our Massachusetts facilities. Handles of Walnut or NOIR (POM) are assembled to the blades with brass or stainless-steel rivets and then the knives are meticulously finished and sharpened.

The Brad Leone Signature Series features an updated ergonomically friendly hand-finished Walnut handle or a lustrous Black Noir (POM) handle that have a traditional, timeless look and feel. The sleek integrated bolster allows for a traditional or pinch-grip. The brass rivets complement the Walnut handle while the nickel-silver rivets complement the Black NOIR (POM) handle and accents the stainless-steel blade.

• Signature craftsmanship. Meticulously formed in our Massachusetts facilities, each of our knives is finished to perfection using state of the art technology coupled with hand finishing as well as proprietary polishing and sharpening processes.

• Durable design. Our blades are precision laser cut and tempered to a hardness of 58 on the Rockwell scale. This results in a hard, wickedly sharp blade that retains an edge for longer and is both highly corrosion resistant and elastic.
• Superior cutting performance. Full tang blades with double brass or nickel-silver riveted handles ensure ideal balance and weight. Our combination machine and hand-sharpening processes ensures a consistently sharp and durable edge.
• Superior ergonomic handling. A curved and recessed integrated bolster provides a seamless transition from handle to blade, resulting in comfortable thumb and finger support for better control and safety. If you use a traditional or advanced “pinch-grip”, you will love the feel and function of these knives.

Care & Sharpening

• Hone the blade edge regularly with a honing steel or whetstone
• If edge becomes dull even after honing, please have the blade professionally sharpened or send back to Lamson for Free Sharpening
• Hand-wash your cleaver with warm soapy water
• Dry immediately with a soft clean cloth
• Dishwasher is NOT recommended
• Periodically apply Mineral Oil to the handle to prevent drying out (Item #’s: 05099/05097 available)
• Store your cleaver safely.
