9.5" Omelette Pan Mineral B Pro Handle

de Buyer

The 9.5" Mineral B PRO Carbon Steel Omelette Pan is the top pick for both professional chefs and home cooking enthusiasts. Featuring a cast stainless steel handle, it's oven safe and primed for any culinary challenge.

Designed for perfect omelettes, this pan has gently sloped sides that make flipping and folding easy. Ideal for 2–3 eggs, it’s also great for scrambled eggs, crepes, and delicate dishes that need a precise touch. A breakfast essential that pulls double duty for more than just omelettes.

Carbon steel pans excel in frying, grilling, and searing, making them ideal for achieving the Maillard reaction, where the caramelization of natural sugars in food helps to seal in flavor and moisture. Composed of 99% iron and 1% carbon, these pans are robust and durable. With no artificial coatings, they develop a natural nonstick surface as they become seasoned over time.

• Dimensions: 9.5"Dia inch | Cooking Surface: 7.7"Dia inch | Thickness: 2.5mm
• Material: Body: Iron 99%, Carbon 1% | Handle: Cast Stainless Steel | Finish: Beeswax Coating
• Safe for electric, gas, induction, and ceramic cooktops. Safe for the oven and grill, as well.
• Made in France

Care Information
Your MINERAL B pan comes coated in a layer of beeswax to protect it during transit. Before first use, wash the pan thoroughly with hot water and a scrub brush or sponge to remove all beeswax - no soap needed.

Once clean and dry, season your pan by heating it and applying a thin layer of high-smoke point oil (like grapeseed or flaxseed). Heat until the oil begins to smoke lightly, then let it cool. This begins building the natural nonstick patina. Your pan will darken and perform better with every use.
